Shown below is the new Deadpool & Wolverine Kidpool 1/6th scale collectible figure by Hot Toys. Stay tuned for more details!

The well regarded Deadpool & Wolverine has certainly given Marvel fans an epic hero movie in 2024. But this is not just another action movie, it could also be a “family movie” as Kidpool joins Deadpool and Ladypool along with Babypool. As an interesting cameo of the movie, Kidpool also made a remarkable impression with his own special humor—inherited from Deadpool.

Ever since the movie’s release, love from fans has been all over the place. In order to expand the "Deadpool & Wolverine" sixth scale collection, Hot Toys is excited to officially introduce Kidpool as 1/6th scale collectible figure!

The carefully crafted Kidpool figure features a newly developed masked head with multiple pairs of interchangeable eye piece, a distressed red and black costume that recreates Kidpool in his two-layered hoodie and red pants with kneepads, and a pair of matching sneakers. The Kidpool Special weapons—a pair of water guns, backpack with two katanas, interchangeable hands for different poses and gestures, are included alongside the figure. What’s more is that a gray colored couch with battle damage effect is going to complete your own beautiful “Deadpool family photo” in 1/6th scale!

Now that you have your one-sixth Deadpool variant figures on display, reserve a spot for Kidpool as well!

That was fast, I'm not too familiar with base bodies Hot Toys has but I might speculate they had this kid body type already and put on some Deadpool clothes on it.

That's the thing too, concept art has since come out for characters like Ladypool, Nicepool, Human Torch, Blade, etc, so we know it existed. I have no idea why Hasbro wouldn't have had access to it. And yeah, Hot Toys had a limited release of the DP3 figure come out already, ZD Toys are already on shelves, Funkos are already on shelves. How did the DP3 wave wait until the week the movie came out to even be shown, and then it was only a preorder for a December release. Which then proceeded to sell out almost everywhere. The entire situation with Hasbro and this movie just feels like a huge slap in the face.

Yup exactly, Hasbro shouldn't be the last in the know with the ability to produce figures they are the biggest Marvel figure selling company, you'd think they'd be first, but other companies are beating them to the punch, and Yeah a lot of the characters were not even spoilers like Cassandra, Sabretooth, Pyro.. all in the trailers and were not hush hush, sure a bunch of characters were spoilers, but now that the movie has been out seems like they could have released figures since a quick search on the internet prior to the movie would have revealed them, so Hasbro should have been aware and looped in ready to release figures.

I think Hasbro really dropped the ball, even if they didn't get any info from Disney/Marvel Studios early enough, you'd think they would have had some ideas, and To have zero product other then re-releases of old stuff on the shelf during the time this movie is literally blowing up the box office, must hurt, they don't even have the 3 figures out yet, and slated for December? so much money is flying by them. Even smaller companies like ZD Toys have DeadpoolxWolverine figures out, You gotta strike while the Iron Is Hot. But whatever all of the Spider-Man NWH stuff came out like almost 2 years after the film and it still sold like hot cakes, so I guess Hasbro is just hoping for that.

My thoughts exactly. How the hell did Hot Toys make more complex figures of more characters than Hasbro did? Does Hot Toys have like some sort of deal with Marvel to get the designs for the characters early or was Hasbro just lazy?

No it's more the case that Hasbro got earlier concept are and Hot Toys got later works. Plus, there is the fact that this movie was being shift constantly. AND lets fact it, for the mosy part hot toys is the same base bodies with new clothes.

I still find it so wild that Hot Toys can show us figures for Lady Deadpool, Kidpool, Babypool, Dogpool, but Hasbro has 3 figures, one being a wolverine in an inaccurate suit, it's safe to say if you have not seen this movie yet it's on you, and it's likely to get spoiled for you.
