While I'm disappointed they didn't make Warlock in his first appearance outfit, I do like how this one turned out...I'd like it more if they had added a raised lip for the boots, like they did for Ms. Marvel/Warbird, but they at least got that Jim Starlin hair sweep correct! Now if they can just re-do Captain Marvel with that....
Only Miles for me. I'm excited to finally be getting an update of his comic look.
Getting the whole wave may leave a couple in the package. I just buy everything now and keep what I don't display in the package. I like this new packaging but as everyone is pointing out the mini comic is kinda lame if not an actual comic. It would of been cool for ROM but no one else really needs it. ROM, Banshee, and Adam will be the figures that sell out the fastest so don't sleep on them.

I'm getting kind of excited for this wave. The more I look at these pics I'm starting to think that Warlock is pretty amazing. I'm officially moving him up to number 3 on my want list just behind Daken and Banshee. I'm starting to get more and more worried about Ultimate IM because it does seem he's going to come in on the small size. Just based on his head sculpt alone as it fits on his body. If they don't make that body exceptionally large that helmet is going to be too small for the average ML head. But next to the other characters. Even with perspective he seems like he's going to be small. I'll put it on pre-order and when the early bird reviewers show it I'll just cancel if I need to. ROM is growing on be a little but looking at pictures of him the guns are totally wrong. In most cases and even on the cover of that silly mini "comic" the handle of the gun is recessed back to sit behind the barrel rather than underneath where the gun seems too big sitting on the top of his hands. Little details but my father was a firearms collector and I notice things like that. Plus if you're doing figures based on comic covers why not at least get it right. In the end it'll be the same with him. I'll pre-order with the understanding I can cancel if it fails to impress. I just must say again how happy I am that this wave does not have a BAF that I must have.

I still think this wave should have actually included Mini comics like actual readable comics included like MOTU Origins includes or McFarlane Page Punchers, like actual books, but regardless to get a bunch of wanted figs like ROM and Daken, and a really nice new Adam Warlock and Miles, Whatever in the end.
At the very least these should've had a QR code somewhere for people to view the respective issues on their devices.
Just speculating but i think the concept of this wave originally started with the ML team wanting Rom to come with a scaled down version of the original Parker Brothers Rom similar to what Classified line did with Sgt. Slaughter.
Adam Warlock and Banshee are must-haves for me. Still debating on picking up Miles, but in all honesty, I think I'm satisfied with the previous one from years ago. Might preorder it just in case though.

Facts on both accounts. But that's not something we're really supposed to talk about.
