in reality it could have been a very interesting wave, characters like Mysterio, Vulture, Scorpion, Shocker, Lizard, Rhino.
And what's sad is likely they will never release any of those guys.
also this wave would have really benefited from either Kingpin or Venom being a BAF it would have forced people to buy the entire wave, it's really silly they omitted a BAF when they easily could have. Now there is no question some of these figures will be hot, but certainly there are going to be pegwarmers..they could have avoided this.
gives me a icky feeling BAF's are quickly becoming a thing of the past and getting phased out. Spidey hasn't had a BAF wave since Armadillo in 2021, Sheeesh
unfortunately this wave looks exhausting, and seems on paper like one of the most tragic waves of Legends ever, sinking so low into the "who cares, it sells, make the whole wave 1 character in different paint jobs" now that just feels like a real bummer. What a way to fatigue people even more on legends and spider-mans, My God...I get it, they are loved games, but are they this loved? we couldn't even get a Gamerverse Thor, or BW, back when, but they can churn out Spideys until the end of time....just no, no, thanks but I'm still waiting for so many character to get a figure...
But all in all, I hope people are happy with this wave!
It sure looks like they're moving away from BAF waves, which is kinda sad. And as you said kinda confusing here, considering that many of these figures could end up pegwarming shelves.
