Last month we saw the
Hasbro Daredevil: Born Again Marvel Legends Series Daredevil figure go up for pre-order at places like our sponsors
BigBadToyStore.com and
Entertainment Earth.
While
Hasbro has confirmed that we will see at least one more
Marvel Legends figure based on the hit Disney+ series go up for pre-order soon, we don't know exactly when that will be. Based on rumors their actually should be two additional figures that go up for pre-order. One of those figures should be a new
Punisher figure and the third remains unknown. The most logical choices for a third figure would be either
White Tiger, Muse or
Bullseye. A new
Kingpin might be possible as well and even make the most sense being he has such an important role in the series, but I figure if we were getting a new
MCU Kingpin this year it would have gone up for pre-order with
Daredevil. The third figure's identity being kept so tightly under wraps is likely due to a spoiler nature of it and we have known and seen
Fisk since day one of the series.
As for when we might see these go up for pre-order, I honestly don't know. I however can make a compelling case that the pre-orders will launch next week. So first, the final episode of the season will air on Tuesday (4/15). While we have seen Jon Bernthal's Punisher pop up in one episode so far, we haven't seen him decked out in his full Punisher outfit yet. I suspect we will see that in next weeks final episode.
So this is how I could see things play out.
Final episode of the season premiers on Tuesday 4/15. On
Wednesday (4/16) Hasbro officially announces the remaining figure or figures from the season. On
Thursday (4/17) the figures go up for pre-order. Our Sponsor
Entertainment Earth on their Drop Zone page does currently have an unknown
Hasbro pre-order listed for
Thursday (4/17) at 1pm ET.
Another reason why I think next week is when we might see the remaining
Born Again figures go up for pre-order is because its the only week of the month that doesn't have a confirmed Marvel Legends pre-order slated.
For sometime now we have been getting at least 1 Marvel Legends pre-order a week. On
April 3 we had the
Spider-man 3 Symbiote Spider-Man figure go up. This week on
April 10 we had the
Maximum Hulk go up for pre-order. On
April 24 the
Marvel Legends Series Fantastic Four Retro Cardback She-Hulk will go up for pre-order and for the final week of the month on
April 30 the
Marvel Legends Series Amazon Exclusive Crossbones & Madame Masque 2-Pack goes up for pre-order.
Then on
May 1st and
May 8th we have those
Thunderbolts movie 2-packs going up for pre-order. So again this coming week is the only week in the foreseeable future with no confirmed
Marvel Legends pre-orders. Seems like a perfect time to list those remaining
Daredevil: Born Again season 1 figures to me.
If I am right we will likely start getting hints from Hasbro's
Dan Yun very soon, and if we do we will be sure to update you here.
UPDATE: Dan Yun has now confirmed there will be some kind of Marvel Legends pre-order at some point this week.
Not a big MCU figure collector, and while he did a great job, Bernthal just doesn't "feel" like the Punisher to me. However this figure looks near perfect as the character from the show. Outstanding job here.
I can now say that Daredevil Born Again is the best Disney + show going. I enjoyed the Werewolf by Night special. But that wasn't a series. Daredevil and Spider-Man are my two favorite heroes. I don't usually collect MCU figures. But I'm making an exception for the DD figure.
Just want to say the Daredevil show was the best thing I've seen from the MCU since endgame.
Shown below is the new Hasbro Daredevil: Born Again Marvel Legends Series Punisher Figure is available for pre-order at places like our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth as well as Amazon with a suggested retail price of $24.99.

Wow. MCU or Disney+ figures are not my particular taste anymore but the fact that the show is actually decent and these things look so darn good I am getting and actually excited about getting both these figures. TBH if they went back and did all those older MCU figures with this quality I would probably re-buy them all. Well most of them anyway. The Avengers and GOTG for sure but I'd probably pass on stinkers like Eternals and Shang Chi. I'd actually even get a Captain Marvel. Whether you like her or not liked the movie or not I would say most people would admit that she at least looked good as CM.

I'm really happy with the way these look, I'm probably getting them both. It's also nice that we can store Punisher's weapons, minus the axe of course.

I mean anything is possible but I just can't think of any reason they wouldnt have shown it yesterday and have it go up today now that the season is over if it was coming. The reason why we do consider these rumors until Hasbro officially confirms it is because sometimes things can and do change and things get canceled or delayed. I suppose another possibility could be if it got changed and would now be released as a store exclusive later in the year, but for now I would say the safe bet is this is what we are getting this year and maybe next year we will end up with a full wave to go along with season 2.

I would love that as well. Not just one actually, Muse, Bullseye, a new proper Kingpin...There are many options, but what and when is the question.
