"I used a paper pattern to do the preliminary vest pattern and basically created a vest from a recyclable, Eco-friendly shopping bag. City hall encouraged it, "No plastic Bags!" so what do we do, right?...
I painted in some darker lines to enhance the facial features and I also gave Frank a 5pm shadow that his 6 inch Marvel Legends cousin sports. happy.
I used a G.I. Joe body and legs from two different figures from my fodder bin. Painted a bit of gray onto the trousers and glued in some straps to add some details. Took the new Marvel Universe Punisher head, guns and holsters, knife, and viola! The Warzone Punisher is born."
