Marvel Universe 3.75" Style Dragon Man Figure By Dravenheart

This weeks Marvelous Custom was done by Dravenheart who created a custom 3.75" Marvel Universe style Dragon Man figure.

Here is how he describes the making of it:

"Debated this guy for months, but a recent request really made me put aside my procrastination. And, it turns out I was seriously over complicating this guy. The goal was to replicate the Marvel Legends scale one from the Fantastic Four line as closely as possible. I'm really surprised as how well that worked out. Not an exact match, but still pretty good.

For starters, I sculpted up the feet and hands, swapping the hands out for Skaar's to help the claws look better. I took the face from the Toybiz Dragon Man and glued it to the Hulk head. Then, fully sculpted it over. Then I gave him a full black repaint, then dry brushed him with a couple of different shades of purple to get the proper look. Glued the Dragon Man tail straight on, but had to dremel into the back to get the wings properly attached. Overall, a fun project, and I'm quite happy with how he came out.
