Ah, the Blue Black Panther!! Yes, this is what happened to a lot of the characters that were supposed to have black costumes- the colorists and artists felt the need to distinguish and highlight the outfits, but over time the black receded and was replaced with the blue. So the thing is, we're supposed to ignore all that blue and just go with the name. So no, not Blue Widow or Blue Bolt, etc. Ghost Rider is really wearing black leather, not blue and blue trim. LOL
Anyway, this Select version looks like its pretty limited in articulation; not my jam, but I'm sure some people out there will want it.
