1) Would Hasbro consider implementing the "build-a-figure" concept into the Marvel Universe line to provide fans with an opportunity to collect in-scale figures of larger characters such as Apocalypse, Fin-Fang-Foom, Thanos etc?
2) Aside from Marvel Legends 2-packs, would hasbro consider making additional 6" scale Marvel figures perhaps through Hasbrotoyshop.com exclusives?
3) Can you elaborate a little more about the Marvel Universe battle packs which will be released in 2010?

1) When deciding to do a character, how do you decide which costume to use/which era? What exactly inspires the designers to make the Jean Grey currently in retail rather than her Phoenix costume? Why did Iron Man's "modern armor" get chosen over the Extremis armor, which was much more up-to-date and was the current costume while you were designing the first wave of figures?
2) Death's Head is back! ...That's it. Just wanted to point that out. And that he'd look great in plastic form, yes?
3) Given the discrepancy between the length of time it takes to make a comic book and the time it takes to make an action figure, how hard is it to ensure that your figures come out in a timely manner compared to the stories hitting comic shop shelves? Does Marvel give notice of which story arcs would be good for action figures giving you an advanced warning, so to speak?
ActionFigs
ActionFigs: Any updates on the Super Hero Squad 4-Packs that weren't released in the United States? Winter Soldier Saga, Spider-Man Saves The Day, The New Fantastic Four, The Defenders, Secret Invasion Begins, and Secret Wars. There's a lot of figures in those boxed sets that we've been wanting for a long time to fill out teams.
ActionFigs: Continuing the Super Hero Squad theme... any update when we can finally get the cancelled Kraven released in the line?
ActionFigs: We just got updated pics of Wave 2 for 2010, the one consisting of 40's Cap, Bucky, Black Widow, Thor, and Iron Man (Extremis). At SDCC Black Widow was said to come with interachangable wigs. Red-Auburn, Black, and Blonde. Is this still the case, as they don't appear to be present in the package?

1. What can we Marvel Legends collectors do to encourage Hasbro to create some sort of online monthly or perhaps even quarterly figure release program similar to the one Mattel is successfully using over on their website? I know that if it can work with a property like Masters Of The Universe it can definitely work with Marvel Legends. As someone who like many has collected 6-inch figures for years I really wish there was a program like this that would get us more 6-inch Marvel figures.
2. A lot of MU figures have had paint detailing (washes, shading, etc) that was lacking in most of the 6 inch/ML product. Is there a reason that 6 inch figures can’t get similar detail in the paint department? Is it purely a cost issue?
3. When will we be seeing some news and images on upcoming Marvel Universe and Secret Wars waves? If there’s not anything new to report, how about dropping us some hints here? What’s going on with Galactus?

1. Regarding the 4″ Spider-Man line. Why the lack in articulation for the villains? I understand costs per wave and kids not being as interested in articulation as collectors. However, why not skimp on articulation with the numerous variant Spider-Man figures and give better articulation to the villains?
2. What is going on with the furyfiles? I am able to buy new waves of figures at retail but still cannot input my codes from series 5. Are the fury files continuing (I know the new figures come with hammer files) or are you guys giving up on it?
3. Sometimes, main heroes get put into costumes and theme variations that collectors find strange – such as Shark Trap Spider-Man (otherwise known as “Scuba” Spidey). We’re going to see some similar variations in the new 1:18 scale Spidey line. What’s the biggest influencing factor? Are these variants based on hobbies and interests of the Hasbro Marvel team, based on focus groups with children, or just designed to put something new and outlandish on the pegs to get people talking?

1. Being that there is already a 3-3/4" Marvel line with Marvel Universe, and that you used to have the Street Fighter license for 3-3/4", and that Street Fighter scored high on a Gijoe.com poll years back,
Are there any plans to make a Marvel VS Street Fighter/Capcom line using Marvel Universe figures with new Capcom 3-3/4" figures?
2. Are Wasp and Lizard coming in the Secret Wars Comic Packs?
3. Will the thigh swivels seen on Modern Thor be a permanent addition of articulation for all new figures released after him?
Kestor's Korner
Kastor: The new Super Hero Squad TV show is a lot of fun. Are there any plans to make smaller characters for the line that would look awkward as full sized figures? (example HERBIE or a small Wasp or Antman)
Kastor: The phrase "He Hungers" is on the back of only one of the series 2 Marvel Universe figures relating to new Galactus figure. Will other waves also have hints to other upcoming figures?
Kastor: Marvel Legends, more than two packs in 2010?
