Paramount's Iron Man 2 debuted here in the United states early Friday morning with midnight showings in 2,500 locations across the country and Canada. According to
THR, the movie has already brought in an estimated take of $7.5 million just in those first early hours.
Iron Man 2 is expected to bring in $140 million or more by the end of it's first opening weekend. The current record holder for the biggest box-office opener is "The Dark Knight" from Warner Bros. which took in $158.4 million back in July 2008 for it's opening weekend.
