It should come to no surprise to anyone familiar with that Marvel movies that legendary comic book creator Stan Lee has landed a cameo role in the upcoming Spider-Man reboot movie.
Stan Lee who helped create the Spider-Man character has appeared in small cameo roles in almost every Marvel movie made since the first Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movie debuted back in 2002.
Stan posted on his
Twitter account today that his cameo for the upcoming Spider-Man movie which will star Andrew Garfield as the Wall-Crawler was all set,
"Avi told me my cameo is all set for Spidey 4, and when he described it, I realized it’s the best, most unusual one yet!"
No word as-of-yet on what his cameo this time around will consist of, but if past roles are any indication, it is sure to bring a few good laughs to the movie.
Spider-Man swings back onto the screen in 3D on July 3, 2012. Directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt. Laura Ziskin and Avi Arad will produce the film from Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios.
