UPDATE: Hasbro today during their Marvel Legends Live-Stream suggested the newly announced Target exclusive
Marvel Vs Capcom Inspired Psylocke Vs Thanos 2-Pack will go up for pre-order on June 6.
While we can't say for sure, its possible June 6 is when the Geek-Out event will actually start and the June 13th date is just the Friday McFarlane stuff will go up. Hasbro didn't specifically mention the Target Geek-Out Event so its not clear if the 2-Pack will be part of that event or just a random pre-order. When we get more specifics we will update you here.
It was revealed by McFarlane Toys on their
McFarlane Toys Show stream today that this year's
Target Summer Geek-Out event will be kicking off in a few weeks on June 13.
For those not familiar with the Geek-Out events, they usually last about a month where every Friday at 8am CT Target lists new product pre-orders from a particular toy company. Like McFarlane Toys, Hasbro always has a number of products from their various brands go up including Marvel Legends.
It's not clear on which Friday we will see Hasbro stuff go up, but it's a pretty safe bet that sometime during the month long event we will see the previously announced
Target Exclusive Marvel Legends Weapon X and
Mystique figures made available. When more specific pre-order dates become available on these two figures we will be sure to update you here.

Yeah. I'm not really convinced this Weapon X is better than the last one.

I'm getting Mystique. 50/50 on Weapon X.
I want that Jean head that comes with Mystique. I have no interest in the figure itself.
Definitely gonna have to get a preorder in for this Mystique figure. I'm happy with my Walgreens one, but I want to see what this updated one is like..

Right?! They finally do a Mystique that isn't on the wobbly kneed rubber chicken legged Kate body and they make it an exclusive? I absolutely have to have this thing at all costs. So if I miss this thing someone is going to make a mint off me in the secondary market.

The accessories are ok, but there are so many different artists takes on Hulk, I almost think having more options would be more appealing as none of the three included really do anything for me.
Agreed! Look back on every Hulk head sculpt that has been done for this buck (80th Anniversary, 20th Anniversary, SDCC, Red Hulk, 2 Gray Hulks, Maestro, and these three) and these three would be bottom of the list... and they are not bad, just not the right choices. If they wanted this to be truly MAXIMUM, they could have raised the price point, cast some of the other heads in this same green, and include interchangeable parts to turn him into Gladiator Hulk, Maestro (with the boots, proper pants and hero trophies), or War Hulk. This is still a great purchase for someone who didn't already have the 80th Anniversary Hulk, but man, this thing could have been truly Maximum.

Pre-tariffs, Amazon had introduced some kind of algorithm that tracked prices for items at other retailers. It's why right after a preorder day, their prices often shifted to match BBTS's when BBTS was only place to have an item still up for order (Amazon seems to disregard Pulse). Now, with tariffs, it's even more confusing. Those 31.99 Gamerverse figures don't make any sense. No one is selling those figures for that much.
