Marvel Legends 4" Comic 2-Pack Update - Not A TRU Exclusive

The other day we reported that the new Marvel Legends 4" Comic 2-packs were being released as Toys R' Us exclusives. Though we had gotten word from several good sources of that being the case, it appears that report was made in error. We have now gotten a confirmed report of the Shield-Wielding Heroes set being found at a Wal-Mart store in Florida. Thanks to MarvelousNews reader Steve Huerta for the heads up on that. Just to recap the three sets consist of the following:

Marvel Legends Series – Shield-Wielding Heroes – Sam Wilson Captain America and Vance Astro
These defenders of justice join the frontline in battle with shields in hand and hearts set on victory. With the Marvel Legends Series, both kid and adult Marvel fans can start a legendary collection of comic and movie-based Marvel characters. We try to confirm these things as best as possible before reporting, but as in this case we sometimes get it wrong. Again we apologize for any confusion, but in the end this is good news for those wanting the sets, as it means you will have a better chance of finding them.
