Looks like a cross between Zorro and Skeletor, which is weird because the base figure is neither of those characters.

So clean! I have my Mad Cap on the Juggernaut DP for this very reason. Such a cool head and hat with no where to go!
Somehow not familiar with the character but your custom looks really good. Very neat and detailed paint apps.
