Yesterday we
told you how
Amazon had started taking pre-orders for a new
Marvel Legends set that cost $59.99 that they simply listed as
Marvel MVL Legends Infinity 10 AVN4, which they have since removed from the site. Never-the-less we told you how we believed that set would be part of the new
"MCU Infinity Saga" Marvel Legends sub-line Hasbro will be doing this year. We also told you that we think it will feature some versions of
Iron Man LXXXV (Mark 85) and Thanos from
Avengers: Endgame.
Well now another one of these
"Infinity Saga" sets has shown up on the
Amazon France website which is listed as
MVL Legends Infinity 9 IM3. Thanks to MN reader
Innershade for the heads up on that. Now we don't have any specific details on this one other than we
suspect it may be an actual
Amazon exclusive. The one from yesterday is not an exclusive.
From the title we can assume the figure or figures will be based on the
Iron Man 3 movie and the cost has it coming around $50 US. Since
Iron Man 3 had so many armors in it, the choices of figure(s) that this set could have are to many to even remotely guess. It could be one figure featuring one of the larger sized armors or it could be a two pack. For all we know it could even include updated versions of the
Mark XLII and
Iron Patriot figures which
Hasbro had done previously. Again, on this one we have no idea. We also can tell from the listing that this will be set #9 in what we are pretty sure will end up being a 10 set assortment. The one from yesterday was #10.
Hasbro is likely going to officially announce the figures for this
"Infinity Saga" subline next month during their
Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest event on
April 9 which we first told you was happening a
few weeks ago and was
officially announced yesterday. So stay-tuned for more details on this and the other sets for the "Infinity Saga" sub-line in the coming days.
