And that agrees with what I had always heard in that it was Joe Mad who did all the costume designs for AoA.

I did read an article that Bachalo was part of the design process, but nothing was mentioned about Madureira in particular, though I would say he must have had a strong influence. Those "moonboots" that he constantly insists upon are a dead giveaway.
Oh, how I wish we could get more figures based on Bachalo, Madureira, and Ramos! All three have a really fun exaggerated style that would look great on my shelf!

Emma was based on Bachalos art, but surely Madureira designed this incredible 90s disaster. Bachalo did Generation Next, whichalong with Factor Xwas always my favorite Age of Apocalypse title, but Joe Mad did Astonishing.

Looing good, though Legion and Iceman are my must haves
This figure provides great alternative head for retro rogue body.

I will continue to maintain that despite his artistic talents, Bachalo is one of the worst costume designers in the business ever. That being said, this is an amazing figure. Looks exactly like the character, with Hasbro's typical tone downs, of course. The face sculpt is beautiful. Most of Rogue's face sculpts are great, but can we get at least one sculpt with her smiling, guys?
Looks like they were trying to capture the artist's design style.
Surprised she didn't come with a cape/cloak, especially since she already has a peg hole in her back.
