Is Your Spider-Sense Tingling For Tomorrow's Marvel Legends Live-Stream? What Might We See

by Jay Cochran

As we told you last week, tomorrow (4/19) at 11am ET there will be another Hasbro Marvel Legends live-stream taking place which has many wondering what might be revealed during it.

Well I can't tell you everything or even specifics that will be shown, but I can tell you all indications suggesting tha there will be a number of new Spider-Man based figures shown during the event. Specifically I have seen indications of another Spider-Man themed wave coming which will contain only 6 figures.

My guess is these will be ones for the 60th Anniversary and perhaps done as another Spider-Man Retro cardback wave. Hasbro has already shown us a new comic based Iron Spider which I am GUESSING will be one of the figures in this wave.

Other 60th Anniversary items we have previously reported should be coming this year include:

-Knull and Venom 2 pack
-Spiderverse Penny and SP//DR 2 pack
-Homecoming Ned and Peter Parker 2 pack
-Spineret and Spiderman 2 pack
-Toei Japanese Spider Man
-Amazing Fantasy #15 Spider Man
-Walmart Classic Retro Lizard
-90's Animated Spider Man
-Comic Iron Spider

Obviously the 2-packs and Walmart exclusive Lizard wouldn't be part of the wave, but perhaps some of the regular single releases listed above will be, and its possible Hasbro could just go on and show all the figures they have planned for the 60th Anniversary.

Hasbro just the other day confirmed they would be doing No Way Home figures of Tobey and Andrew. We don't know how those will be released. I suppose they could be part of this wave though my feeling is they will release those as a 3-pack with a Tom Holland Spider-Man. Those aren't coming until 2023 but being most stuff being announced these days are being listed with 2023 release dates, I suppose those could be on tap for tomorrow reveals.

An Australian etailer posted an image this morning on their Instagram seemingly teasing that the Spiderverse Penny and SP//DR 2 pack will be revealed this week, however I can't independently confirm that.

I can tell you that there should be a stand-alone retro cardback figure revealed this week. I am thinking it will probably be Spider-Man related but I can't say that for sure.

I am hoping Hasbro will finally show us that Marvel Legends 20th Anniversary Toad figure, however there is nothing I have seen so far that suggests they will. It's possible Hasbro could be keeping this live-stream to all things Spider-Man but again I can't confirm that.

Of course we will be sure to update you here tomorrow with everything revealed as it happens, so check back soon.

"They look really good...."

Not into Spinneret but it looks like a good figure, reasonably sculpted, and in scale with Spider-Man. I can give credit where its due and they did a good job here.

I hope Hasbro releases this retro Spidey again without the cell shading. My first thought on seeing this figure is that it may be the perfect buck for a new Daredevil.

I like the size of that Retro Spidey. I just assumed it was going to be on the same Ultra Articulated buck that they've been using for Spidey, but it looks like they either scaled it down or created an all new buck for this one. With that matte paint job it's kind of hard to make out any details to compare the lines on the bucks. Looks good. I bought mine almost begrudgingly, but now I'm glad I did. Now I wish I woulda bought a few more for customizing.

it's the new buck they will be using for the Amazing Fantasy / First Appearance. Depending on which comes first, this may be the first to use it.

Oh this is fantastic. He'll look beautiful on the wall next to Venom and Hobgoblin, I haven't felt the need to unbox my 90's animated figures, but I kinda want to get an extra Spidey to mess around with and see if he's better than the retro and RYV versions.

Animated Spidey, okay, easy easy pass, I almost forgot about it while I looked at it, I can't actually wait for this anniversary of spidey to be over so we can not see a spidey for a bit, Japan Spider-Man, Tobey, Andrew, Animated Spider-Man, 1st Apperance Spider-Man, Iron Spider, Noir Spider, Stealth Spider, Peter Parker, another Spider, wooo getting spider-man fatigue.

happy for those who are cool with another spider-man.

This is probably going to be a Spider-Man I don't need. Not into the animated look. Might just get Renew Your Vows to have a classic pinless look.

So it's passed off the 1st Appearance body, I wonder if they have improved the diaphragm joint

This Spidey head sculpt is amazing, it truly captures an animated look but again it seems like it's sitting way too short, just like Renew your Vows Spidey it also seems to have no neck syndrome. I wish Toyshiz could put the animated head on Retro Spidey too, it's gonna be interesting to see all head swaps. In nutshell, I need to get this figure asap as well as Renew your wovs even though neither is actually fully satisfactory.

Its using the new first appearance sculpt so that maybe why it is shorter.
