Shown below are in-hand images for the new Marvel Legends Death's Head figure from Hasbro. This figure as previously reported is being sold as a Fan-Channel exclusive that was first made available at last week's San Diego Comic Con and will go up for pre-order online tomorrow (8/5).
During Hasbro's SDCC Marvel Legends Brand-Panel last week, the figure was listed as going up for pre-order starting at 7pm ET. However Hasbro's Dan Yun since then on the X platform has suggested it may go up earlier on Hasbro Pulse. I can only speculate, but based on some past pre-orders like this, I have seen them go up at 1pm ET on Hasbro Pulse and then later at other online etailers like BigBadToyStore and Entertainment Earth at 7pm ET.
I also want to note that I have seen others on social media speculate that Hasbro's actual San Diego Comic Con exclusives which includes the G.I. Joe Classified Once A Man Cobra Commander, Transformers: Legacy United Voyager Class Fractured Friendship 2-Pack and Star Wars: Black Series Darth Maul with Sith Speeder will go up on Hasbro Pulse along with the Marvel Legends Death's Head figure. All I can tell you at this time is that Hasbro while they have said they would make a limited number of those SDCC exclusives available sometime after the convention on HasbroPulse, they have not given an actual date for when that will happen. Because Death's Head was only first made available at SDCC and NOT AN ACTUAL SDCC EXCLUSIVE, I am not sure if the one going up for pre-order has any baring on those other items. In fact since Hasbro has yet to announce a date for when those SDCC exclusives will be made available online, tomorrow seems less and less likely in my opinion. So I can't tell you definitively those SDCC exclusive won't go up tomorrow, but I can tell you Hasbro has made no indication of that at this time. If any of that changes, we will be sure to let you know.

Why does Punisher have shotgun shells on his chest but doesn't come with a shotgun?
In Punisher War Journal #13, during his fight with Bushwacker, the Punisher has shells strapped to the same place and there is also no shotgun present.
Honestly I think if you wait a few months that Hasbro is going to do most of that for you. A "classic" repaint of this has already been mentioned in leaks, and let's be honest, duh - of course that's what they're going to do. It will probably get announced shortly after this one ships.
The more I look at it I am thinking I will have to kit bash this thing into the version I want (swap the head with one of the previous versions, and swap out the gloves and boots with the new Nick Fury boots and gloves).

Shown below via Hasbro's Dan Yun is an in-hand look and also wanted to clarify any questions he saw about the new Marvel Legends Series Punisher & Bushwacker 2-Pack from Hasbro which is now available for purchase from our sponsors BigBadToyStore.com and Entertainment Earth as well as Amazon with a suggested retail price of $54.99."Bushwackers face is something also wanted to clarify any questions I saw about his forearm piece and the neck on punisher"
Punisher faces are kinda ... too much, and please can someone remind me where is this look coming from? The black color is too plain, I think needed to be slightly bulkier in the legs and some tone variation (gray or white), but I'm, sure it will sell very well since we don't have Punishers since a long time ago.
From my side, I feel happy with my retro-carded Punisher and will get Bushwacker from second-hand
I believe it's from Bushwacker's 2 issue appearance in punisher war journal (forgot the issue numbers). Its also where bushwacker's battle damaged face is from.
