If you've already seen Marvel's latest film Guardians of the Galaxy which opened last night to a whopping $11.2 million box office take, the biggest pre-opening total of the year, then you've already seen this. Marvel has released a new retrospective video looking back at the first two phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe which gives us our first look at Josh Brolin as the Mad Titan Thanos who is seen in a key scene during the Guardians movie sitting in a jet-powered throne like chair. The character is all CGI but you definitely can make out Brolin's facial imprint on the character when they show close-ups of his face in the film. Check out Marvel's retrospective video and the first official image of Brolin as Thanos below.
Marvel has already announced that Guardians of the Galaxy will be getting a new animated series as well as a sequel on July 28th, 2017.
Also if you haven't seen it yet be sure to check out our video of the Avengers 2 & Antman Hall H panel last weekend during SDCC where Josh Brolin was officially introduced as Thanos the Mad Titan.
