X-Men: Days Of Future Past - 'Rogue Cut' Blu-Ray Clip

A film clip has arrived online from the upcoming release of the alternate version to Bryan Singer's "X-Men: Days of Future Past" featuring scenes where the mutant Rogue (Anna Paquin) was originally supposed to have had survived into the future timeline and be a pivotal part of the plan where Wolverine goes back in time to save all mutantkind.

In this quick clip from the "Rogue Cut," the future team-up of Magneto (Ian McKellen) and Iceman (Shawn Ashmore) are rescuing an imprisoned Rogue who is being tested on by scientists, while flashbacks from the past show Magneto (Michael Fassbender) retrieving his special helmet and noticing the Nazi coin he used to give Sebastian Shaw (Kevin Bacon) a splitting headache.

Look for more Blu-ray goodies for "X-Men: Days of Future Past - Rogue Cut" to be revealed next week at San Diego Comic-Con, where the film will have a panel and World Premiere special screening at the Reading Theater in San Diego’s Gaslamp District on July 11th.

The "Rogue Cut" Blu-ray containing the alternate version of the film and nearly 90 minutes of extra features including deleted scenes, featurettes and gag reels, shall hit stores on July 14th.
