Donald Glover Joins Cast Of Spider-Man: Homecoming

Jay Cochran - June 15, 2016
Reports are circulating that Community veteran actor Donald Glover will be joining the cast of Sony's next Spider-Man film titled "Homecoming". It's unclear what role he will play in the movie which will star Tom Holland as the wall crawler. You may remember back in 2010 a social media campaign began trying to get Glover to be cast in the role of Spider-Man himself. Glover then went on to voice the character of Miles Morales in the DisneyXD Ultimate Spider-Man animated series.

Spider-Man: Homecoming will be directed by Jon Watts and is slated to hit theaters on July 17, 2017. The movie will also star Michael Keaton, Robert Downey Jr., Tony Revolori, Zendayane, Kenneth Choi and Marisa Tomei.
