Variety reports Forest Whitaker has joined the cast of Marvel’s “Black Panther,” along with Daniel Kaluuya and Florence Kasumba.
The film stars Chadwick Boseman with Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, and Lupita Nyong’o. Boseman will play T’Challa, the prince of the African nation of Wakanda, who must take over the mantel after his father’s murder.
Ryan Coogler is directing and co-penning the script with Joe Robert Cole for a Febuary 16th 2018 release. Kevin Feige is producing the movie.
