I'm just waiting for Black Friday and get this for under $10
Got the DVD and overall I enjoyed it. The main cast was really good, I really enjoyed both Yelena and Red Guardian. The villains though were quite weak, but Natasha isn't known for great villains in the comics either.
Wasn't a bad movie. Certainly not anywhere near as bad as Captain Everything. The two most disappointing things were that Red Guardian was a bumbling idiot (of course, he's a dude) and what they did to "Taskmaster". Otherwise the action was good, it looked great, the story was meh, but okay. I'll buy it when it comes out. I still bought Captain Perfect when it came out, even though I didn't see it in the theatres. And I had free tickets for that one. A lot of people did. They counted as ticket sales and that's all that really mattered.

I wouldn't waste a penny on this disappointment

This is the first MCU movie that I didn't see in the theater (and on opening weekend!) but I have no intentions of going to a movie theater again anytime soon. Normally I would have taken my family to see Quiet Place 2, F9 and Snake-Eyes by now too, but we're going to be a streaming / DVD family from here on out I think.
Same here, even though I'm now double dosed, cinemas are still iffy for me. Still glad I'll be able to see this on DVD.
That's fast, hopefully there's still chance for Budapest prequel movie/series, this movie felt more like set up for Elena than proper goodbye for Natasha, Scarlet was great in it, but story of the movie and all supporting characters being goofy and funny just didn't blend with Jason Bourne vibe they started movie with, even in Age of Ultron whole thing with red room's forced sterilization seemed like painful and stressful experiencebutin this movie it just played for jokes even tho movie starts with footage to convince us thatred room is hell? That just seemed really off putting as if movie didn't know what it wasand villainssadly weren't any good, since there was nooo actual room given to them to develop.
I'll buy it. I actually like the movie. She felt authentic to me.
BW is a fun movie, very much in line with the MCU. by that I mean, its nothing we havent seen before but the execution and new characters produce another hit for Disney.
i too missed opening weekend for a MCU film for the first time in quite a while. It was all I could do to avoid spoilers until I finally got the chance to see it.
August 10th is a bit of a surprise, just assumed wed see the normal 5-6 month span between theatrical release and blue ray..
