For you variant hunters out there, it would appear there are 3 different Wal-Mart exclusive Iron Man movie War Machine figures floating around out there. These appear to have been released as running changes. There is a figure with a dark grey torso, light grey torso and apprently even one with a silver torso like the one shown on the back of the figure packaging. No word on how common or uncommon these running changes are. Thanks to Black Cat 2006 for taking the images which you can see below in our IMAGE GALLERY.
I would like to find one(any one) at a wal-mart. Nothing locally yet.

Personally, I prefer the black center piece. It seems more comic accurate.

Sorry if this has been posted before.I picked up a Wal-Mart exclusive War Machine today and noticed some of them didn't have a black torso/stomach part, it was like a dark gray. Personally I thought it looked better black, and picked that up instead.
some people call them variants, but there really just running changes to match the comic version, i dont think any of them are rarer than each other, theres 3 kinds, 1) black torso 2) charcoal painted torso 3) non painted silver torso
