Hasbro revealed a juicy tid-bit over at the
ToyFare Marvel Q&A this week. Apparently the 5th and 6th wave of 12" Marvel Icon figures will see release in
spring 2009. It had been said this line was canceled and these final two waves which first debuted at last year's SDCC would not make it to shelves. For those who forgot, these two waves will include the following figures:
Wave 5
- 1st Appearance Daredevil
- Nightcrawler
- Daredevil
Wave 6
- Jean Grey (Phoenix)
- Colossus
- Jean Grey (Dark Phoenix)

Please! Please! Please! Bounce these down to 6" ML scale. I want both the Phoenix figures, but not Icons.
Hasbro! Hello? Icons to 6" for all. It works. Same with Unleashed. I'd buy all Icon, and Unleashed reissued as 6".

The X-Men look awesome - even if the line has come to an end it's cool that they're finishing on such a high note. Now I can finish my Kitty Pryde Icon!
