i change my mind about the toys, after looking at the pics a couple more times, they grew on to me.

plus how cool would it look to have a diorama with darth vader vs snake vs spider-man!

Looking at the images I have seen thus far, most of them look as though they have been squished down making the figures look stubby. I'm hoping it is just how they were uploaded. I've been waiting a while for Marvel figures in the 3 3/4 format. I find the Legends too big to display adequately.

The Ironman's legs look weird to me like they do not match his body. Too bulky. The Hulk's eyes are too big and bug-eyed. Thank God I customize to fix things like that. All in all I like the line. Although I think Hasbro should actually utilize the comics more as referrence. Here are a few pics I found. Thor looks awesome.

I'm sure, like GI Joe and Star Wars, they actually look better in poses.

I think these look quite good, especially for their size!

Above average articulation too! The knees even look double-jointed!!

It's been more than 20 years since Mattel's Secret Wars line, and after the long wait, I will once again get a terrific "Pocket Spidey". Ultimate Cap looks like a sure buy to me, too. Now that's a cross-over with G.I.Joe that's begging to happen...

It looks like they are taking the worst elements of SHS and applying them to this, line. Way to go Hasbro ... I admit I am bias, but I was really hoping for 25th Ann Joe designs, instead it looks like leftovers from the Hasbro design floor. :spidey_deadtopic:

Not sure what figures you're looking at, but the ones they posted yesterday look a hell of a lot more like G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary figures than Superhero Showdown figures.

Totally agree. Let me add that considing that the worst element off SHS was the limbs constantly popping off I'm not entirely sure how that could be judged until someone has one of them in hand.

FINALLY! I have to say.. I allways prefered 3 3/4 figures.. Im a huge fan of the joes lines.. and I liked so far how these 3 3/4 marvels looks.. of course its not pefection.. but surelly will not be falling a part as soon as they get of the box like de SHS ones, and they sure look a lot better than the crappy star wars figs that hasbro never gets right! allways wanted decent SW and marvel 3 3/4 figures.. now Im half way there..

Yikes! Hasbro gives bad head. No that's not innuendo. They all have really weird heads. They are too big, or too small or just strange.

I wasn't planning on collecting these, but I was irritated by the fact that initial designs looked like they put in more work and detail than my beloved MLs, but they turned around and made them ugly and now I have confirmation on my decision to skip.

I do wish they'd give us and ML classic Black Panther.

Oh, well, off to look for Ares.
