For The Person Calling With A Question About The Marvel Select Captain America

I found a voice mail from a gentleman who was calling from overseas asking if the Marvel Select Captain America would fit in with his Marvel Legends collection. Because this question seemed important enough for him to make an International phone call but forgot to leave any information on contacting him back I thought I would simply post the answer here for him.

Though the new Diamond Select Captain America is a nice figure, being part of the Marvel Select line means that it is a 7" scale figure. Since Marvel Legends is a 6" scale line, only larger characters like say Thor or Hulk who are naturally taller than most character in the Marvel Universe fit in well with the smaller scaled figures. If you want a nice figure of the new Captain America character then you still may decide to pick this one up, especially since there has been no indication from Hasbro as of yet that they plan to make this one for Legends, but if you are looking for it to fit in with other Marvel Legends figures than I'm afraid the answer is no it will not.

I think that it is cool that Jay-C took the time to answer the international question on MS Cap.

Now if only Jay-C would send me fiures like Kille rmoth, Shazam, and the '-inch wink from Hellboy 2. :profx: (sending a convincing mental message)

Seriously though, hey Jay, whatever happened to the Indie Spotlight figures?
