Yesterday in New York City, Hasbro brand team members held a presentation for members of the media to talk about their upcoming products for 2009. Though Hasbro would not allow this portion to be photographed or video tapped, they did allow us to record with audio. Below you will find a recording of the Marvel portion of the presentation so that you can hear word-for-word what was said and what was announced.
Speaking are Hasbro's Senior Brand Manager For Marvel Brand Jerome Jivoin and Senior Designer for Marvel David Vonner.
Some other interesting things I learned after speaking with Jerome were that the 3 3/4 'Marvel Universe' figures were actually sculpted by folks at Gentle Giant Studios.
Also for the fans of 6" Marvel Legends, Hasbro continues to promise a big announcement at this summer's San Diego Comic Convention.
