Toy Fair 2010 - Marvel Diamond Select Booth Report

During our tour of the Diamond Select Toys, we were provided some looks at the Marvel Minimates, Select, and Ultimate Quarter Scale. Without further ado, let's jump right in:

Marvel Minimates


Series 35 (March 2010, $7.99)
Includes:

    Star Trek Mini-Mates
  • On display was the Star Trek Mini-Mate puzzle, which completes in December 2010 for $12.99

    Marvel Selects


    Magneto
    Features an interchangeable head that with the helmet and will hit stores in October 2010 for $19.99.

    War Machine (March 2010, $19.99)
    Features flip down visor.

    Iron Man (March 2010, $19.99)

    Dead Pool (August 2010, $19.99)
    Features an interchangeable head

    Cyclops (June 2010, $19.99)
    Will be available in his original, X-Men suit and X-Factor suit.

    Features an interchangeable head for Cyclops with sunglasses.

    Ultimate Quarter Scale
    These figures are still not finished yet, so we weren't able any shots for you to look at. However, we can talk about them, and the two figures showcased are:
  • Captain America - The figure will most likely have a swappable head, so he will have a head with a Captain America mask on and off. The shield is a little bigger than DST would like, so that's why we weren't allowed to take any images.
  • Deadpool - He has not been approved yet, so we cannot take images of this figure, either. The costume design is still working its way through the approval process. The figure will have a swappable head and swords and gun designs.

    The price points will be lower because the Marvel UQS will not have sounds like the Star Wars UQS figures.
