this figure Jesse Falcon is showing off from February's Toy Fair is?

Hasbro: There are several exclusive 6" figures being featured by WalMart this fall. the figure in Jesse's hand will be seen there as well as several others!
MarvelousNews: There seems to be quit a few complaints coming from collectors about the paint apps on many of the Iron Man 2 3.75" movie figures. One reader claimed his Iron Man figure looked like it was crying when he got it out of the package cause the paint apps on the helmet was so bad. Was there some kind of lapse in quality control that allowed this to happen with so many figures, and if so has anything been done to try correct it for future figures?
