Lokia at ToysDailyhas gotten his hands on the new 3.75" Marvel Universe Cable figure which is part of Hasbro's the second wave of Marvel Universe figures for 2011. Check out the images below. Things to note about the images. The eye doesn't actually light-up (That would be a Photoshop special effect) and this version of the figure would appear to be the running change version that does not include Baby Hope.
