Empire has released a behind the scenes image from the set of Thor: The Dark World, with Chris Hemsworth as Thor alongside new director Alan Taylor.
The Thor sequel is set one year after the Avengers movie and will see Asgard battered by war after invasion by the rag-tag Marauders - only for a worse threat to turn up in the form of Malekith and his Dark Elves, who are out for vengeance against the whole realm of Asgard because of an ancient grudge.
Thor: The Dark World premieres on October 30th.
