Forcehunter writes in with this case assortment breakdown for the upcoming 9th series of Marvel Legend figures. Forcehunter lets us know this breakdown comes from Grand Toys Distribution. It should be noted this assortment is not confirmed by Toy Biz, and in fact the only two figures offically confirmed for wave 9 are Dr. Strange and Bullseye. So you may want to take this list with the proverbial grain of salt at this time.
