I get what you're saying.
I suppose one way you could look at it is like this:
Juggernaut's powers come from a "Magical" or Mystical source. So, it's possible that when Caine Marko was changed into the Juggernaut, the proportions of his body were altered in an unnatural way.
Here comes my unpopular opinion: Hasbro has STILL not found out a way to make a proportionally-correct Juggernaut, and they had 6 years to do it since the last Juggy figure.
Before everyone piles on, imagine what Cain would look like with the helmet off. It would be a really ridiculously tiny head and NO NECK.
For his torso, they managed to take his 6-pack and squish it down to a 4-pack.
The worst part are his arms and legs. Cain is supposed to be taller than most everyone, so why are his arms and legs so stubby?? Why do they not grow in proportion to his overall mass? His short little forearms in particular look silly. Hasbro went (again) with terribly shortened thighs and lower legs.
It's not like they CAN'T pull off correctly-proportioned larger figures. The retro card Apocalypse is a great example. Even Apocalypse could have benefited from a longer torso and longer arms/legs, but he still looks better than any Cain Marko from Hasbro.
Imagine if Hasbro had applied the same method to Haslab Giant-Man.
I pre-ordered mine... can't wait until they get here
I like my Juggs to be pretty big, and this is the biggest I've seen.

I get that he looks just like the game, but I don't really have any investment in it. Overall, he looks cool, but I really like the baf and two pack versions of him. Anymore, redone figures really are gonna need to be head and shoulders better than the previous ones. Between prices, life, and the sheer amount of lackluster redos last year, I'm a bit burnt out on them. I pre-ordered the Secret Wars figures and felt nothing when they arrived, same with Agent Venom. I convinced myself they would be so much better, but they aren't enough to justify the buy.
I am the opposite here, I do believe this new juggs is leaps better than the last offerings. Also, it helps that I passed on the BAF and the 2-pack, holding out for when Hasbro improves their articulation scheme, and here it is, 6 years later. However, I will say that this looks way better in vanilla poses than I thought it would, and secondly, the elbow and knee articulation is worrying. The more I look at it, the more I notice that the range of motion looks the same as the older one. Not very pleased about that, but I preordered this and luckily had a coupon for $10 off. To me is worth the MAXIUM-deluxe price tag.

Happened twice before for me this month alone, excluding today's adventure. My order went through now after 10 minutes of trying, but not before I had to put in a backup at Big Bad. Like I said, SDCC will be real fun when you manage to be one of the lucky early ones to get it in cart, only to not be able to checkout.
