I'd say there's a fairly good chance you'll see Sabretooth or Blackheart or both in some kind of 2 pack. Sad thing is they'll be packed with another character you probably won't need. If they're going to be with other CvsM2 characters the options are really limited. If I had to force a guess I'd say Iceman with Sabes and Blackheart with Cyclops. Funny I seem to remember there being a lot more Marvel characters in that game. Then again it's been many years since last I played it. I really wish they could do some kind of collaboration with Jada and they could do Capcom characters to match these but I think I read somewhere that someone had asked someone at Jada if that was possible and they said it's not likely because they only actually had rights to SFII characters and not Capcom's entire character base. Though they were hoping to expand that. I think they've done an amazing job at an amazing price point and it's only a matter of time until Capcom lets them do further licenses.

Yeah that's usually how two packs go. Also why I have been debating on the wolverine 50th 2 pack. I don't really want the Logan and would probably need to get a different head for him. That was one of the surprises about these gamerverse two packs in that I was actually pretty happy with the two characters on offer in each. I don't have a Thanos or Psylocke. A new tiger stripe Wovlverine would be a double up since I have Love triangle. But I don't have Samurai. I already have Cap but don't have Blue Venom but the new Cap has butterfly joints. The only 2 pack I have been iffy on is Omega Red and Warmachine. But after these that doesn't leave many options for possible 2 packs like you said. Juggernaut is getting a redo, so maybe Colossus gets a re-release with something? Maybe Colossus and Sentinel? Doom and Magneto? I could see your suggested pairings be possible. It's even likely we get another Hulk? Could see Iron Man getting a gamerverse specific release like Cap. Even Rogue/Gambit.

spacer.pngThe game was very X-men heavy.I think there are probably enough characters that are on there that already have figures they could re-release. It would be kind of ironic if they release a gamerverse Hulk that is somehow all new versus Maximum Hulk. And yeah I may start picking up some of the Street fighter figures and that MegaMan. I'd also want Morrigan and Felicia. The only Morrigan is from Storm iirc and she's like $100+. So I hope Jada does get license to others. A MvC Jill Valentine would be great.

So is it true that there is a running change on the Invisible Woman figure...???Some thing to do with her hair color changed...that it's darker or something..hopefully mine will be with the lighter color hair.

the only during the reveal was an early prototype. the one that is coming out is the proper version.

I was initially on the fence due to his size, but I feel that with posing, he can be made to take up less space. I think I would rather acquire him now than wait for a potential sale that may or may not happen. I want that Saber-Tooth from that 2 pack but he's like $80-90 alone these days on the aftermarket. But I've seen the 2-pack itself for like $80. It makes no sense to pay that much just for Saber-Tooth when you will have as much in the two-pack. Blackheart, as well, is pretty pricey.I am kind of debating to hold off on Sabretooth and Blackheart in the hopes they may see a re-release as a gameverse release? But I may try to get Marrow and Spiral now as well while their prices are still reasonable. I would also need a Colossus (hoping for a re-release or I may just go with the Select.) I don't need that Colossus 2 pack with an updated Juggs.

So I could see Shuma's price going up quite a bit down the road. If you want to make an MvC display? I could see him being highly sought after, even by folks who may just be street fighter fans and only dipping their toe into legends. He's likely a character that won't come around again. At least not for a long while.

I agree with @Atlantisthat it could use more shading. Customizers will probably have a field day with it.

Re: Gargantos price

Ouch, Ouch, Ouch! That price point is pretty painful but I'm going to bite the bullet here. Honestly I've refrained from quite a bit so far this year and between the F4 set and the majority of this Gamerverse stuff I passed on I think I can be comfortable with the purchase. I look at it this way. Were there at least 3 figures I didn't purchase? Yes, actually many more. Then I can swing this one. It does pay to be a bit more discerning than I once was.

I do think that Gargantos initially won't be a hot seller but it will sell if (or when) it goes on sale close to $40-50 range, and then migrate to secondary market to $100+ slowly becoming new ML grail akin to Dragon Man.

That thing is not worth $70.00....if I were to consider getting it, your $40.00-50.00 estimate is far more reasonable. For what it is it looks fairly good; it needs some (more) paint shading and variation. At the same time I'm glad they branched out to a unique figure.

Can defintely see that trend occurring, considering the obscurity and massiveness of both figures (and Shuma's price, which is great but this isn't some A-lister). But in the forums and around the net, he seems to be very popular, idk if that's the echo chamber quality of the forums and communities themselves so to me it's difficult to decipher whether Shuma will be a great seller or not. Because at times forums and communities can be predictors and at times indicative of market trends, but that in of itself doesn't make the info accurate.
